I think the Hinz family in Walla Walla has one of these kits and has put it together... When I talked with them about it a few months ago, it sounded like it needed some tweaks to work well -- but it was begging me to jump on and give it a try. It looked like a blast!
Here in Europe, my 9 years old son and me just finished a home made pedal car (or four wheel bike). It's light and fast, but still adult sized. It is also the first car our grandma ever drived, since she had no driving license :-)
